To ensure a friendly, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules, which apply throughout the entire Camping du Lac***.

• Traffic and quiet nights
  To ensure peace and quiet for everyone, vehicles are not permitted on the campground between 10pm and 7am. We ask that you observe these hours to ensure a quiet and restful night’s sleep.
• Respect for designated slots
  Out of respect for everyone’s privacy, please do not walk through other campers’ sites and use only the designated footpaths.
• Children’s Responsibility
  Please note that parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times, both on the campground and at the leisure center. Please ensure their safety at all times.
• Technical issues
  In the event of a breakdown or malfunction (gas, electricity, water heater, or any other equipment), please notify the front desk immediately. Our team will do its best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
• Games and equipment
  Please follow the rules for using the games and equipment provided, as well as the safety instructions given by the campsite staff, to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
• Cleansing and respect for the site
  We count on your cooperation to help keep the campsite and its facilities clean.
• Any breakage, damage, or deterioration—whether intentional or accidental—will be charged to the person responsible.
• Terms of Stay
  In the event of early departure without a valid reason, no refund will be issued.
• Please review and comply with the campsite rules and the terms and conditions of sale.
• Violation of the rules
  In the event of non-compliance with these rules, management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement and to evict the individuals concerned, with no possibility of a refund.

In the case of non-compliance with these rules, the campsite management reserves the right to terminate the contract and remove the offenders without any possibility of a refund.
